Windsong Cottage

One of our newest "couples only" cottages, Windsong also offers an extraordinary view of the river and surrounding countryside. Planned along the same lines as the Mountain Chalet and Escape, the floor plan is very similar to those already extremely popular, couples' cottages.  Beautifully decorated and furnished, hard-wood floors, granite countertops, BOSE CD player and an abundance of windows serve to make this cottage like none other here at Rivers Edge.

This cabin includes a real-wood fireplace and a Jacuzzi for two that is situated in front of the all-glass gable end of the cottage.  The view from the tub is magnificent!  Looking out over the woods and country, you can see distant mountains, and the beautiful, rocky cliffs upstream along a half mile view of river bank. The private deck out back will offer the same panorama, as well as a great location from which to enjoy an outdoor breakfast or dinner for two.

A special amenity of this cottage is the large, luxury shower for two, which will feature multiple shower heads and body sprays.  Tucked in the corner beside the king-size bed, this six by six feet shower will also be open to the main room. The kitchen will include the usual microwave, coffee-maker, frig, and stove. Additional appliances will include a dishwasher and a washer/dryer combo. All towels/linens, utensils, and cookware are supplied, as well as a charcoal grill on the deck. All cottages at Rivers Edge include central heat/air.

Rate: $200/night, Monday-Thursday; $215/night, Friday-Sunday.
        *couples only, no pets.
