Mountain Escape Cottage Details and Photos

Tucked in the pines on top of a ridge along the Mountain Fork River, this cottage beckons a call to those longing for an escape from life's busyness and hurry. The Mountain Escape offers the answer for those seeking the perfect solution to the challenge of finding a getaway that's secluded, yet having all that the couple in love could ask for.

The Mountain Escape has the same basic floor plan and quality as the Mountain Chalet, but has a few interior differences that mainly include an all-wood, natural finish.

For couples only, the Escape features a sunken Jacuzzi for two that's situated in front of the all-glass gable end in the great room. A huge shower for two is accented with glass block and located beside the king size bed. The fireplace (wood provided) is within view of both the Jacuzzi and the bed.

The cottage is equipped further with a privacy deck accessed through the cabin only, along with a charcoal grill and built-in breakfast table. The covered front porch offers protection on rainy days.

The Mountain Escape is fully furnished and includes plenty of candles and reading material, mini-blinds on all doors and windows, towels, and linens. Bath robes for two are provided as well. Central air/heat and a CD player complete with romantic music, guarantee the atmosphere you desire. As in all of our cabins, we'll be sure there's coffee, cappuccino, and popcorn there when you arrive.

Bikes and canoe are included at no extra charge.
