Streamside Cottage Details and Photos

The Streamside Cottage is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath cabin situated among towering hardwoods not more than 40 yards from the river. Although it does not have a completely open view of the river, It features a large open great room/kitchen area with many windows that do offer a peaceful view of the surrounding woods. It is accented with a beautiful rock fireplace (wood provided) and has a roomy privacy deck out back with picnic table and charcoal grill.

This cabin looks as if it “grew” among the trees; a minimum of tree removal near the cabin gives it a very "deep-woods" feel. A firepit is located out back of the cabin for those who enjoy a roaring campfire in the woods. This is "camping" at its best. The setting is very secluded and private.

The Streamside Cottage has central AC/heat, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, CD player, and range. Candles, towels, linens, flatware, and cookware are provided.

The bedroom has a queen size bed and a double Jacuzzi; a separate shower is in the bathroom. The décor and location make this a special cabin that has a great setting and atmosphere—at a very reasonable rate.

Bikes and canoe are included at no extra charge.  Canoes are only a short walking distance away.
