The River's Edge is located just
northeast of Watson, OK, which is 6.5 mi. east of Smithville,
OK, on Hwy 4. If you're coming in from Arkansas, you'll make the
difficult turn back to the right when you come to the gas/grocery
which will be on your left.
Coming from Smithville and Hwy 259, turn left
at the gas/grocery in Watson... Don't miss this turn!
It's the only gas/grocery on Hwy 4 before Cove, Arkansas! You
then go north 3.4 mi. north on the paved road that turns directly
opposite the gas/grocery.
After Leaving Hwy 4… Stay on
the old black top, paved road for .7 mile. You will go
by the Watson Post Office (on your left as you leave Hwy 4) and
then you'll pass a white church (on your right as you make the
curve to the left). You'll cross a bridge and go up a steep hill
on that paved road; look for our sign directly in front of you
at the intersection, and turn right onto the dirt road.
Go 0.7 mi. and turn left and stay left for
about 1.5 mi.(there will be 3 different roads turning off to the
right...stay left). When the road Y’s and you see a big
flower pot in the middle of the Y, take a right.
We are about 1/2 mile down the hill.
You are looking for a log home with
a green metal roof, which is our office and home. Don't worry
about big dog, Sam (chocolate Lab), he's very friendly!
