• First night's rate plus tax charged with booking.
• Valid credit card required to guarantee reservations, or first night's rate may be sent in advance by check.
• No Sunday check ins, no exceptions.
• $25.00 fee on all cancellations.
• Visa/Mastercard accepted.
• 14 day cancellation notice required for full refund of deposit.
• Cancellations MUST BE CONFIRMED; voice mail messages/phone recordings not accepted for cancellations.
• Cancellations made day of arrival are considered "NO Shows" and charged 100%.
• There's a cancellation fee of $25 charged on all cancellations. (We will gladly credit the $25 cancellation fee to a future reservation booked by same guests previously charged the fee.)
• If you cancel within 2 weeks of your stay, you will forfeit the rate of one night plus tax, unless we are able to get the dates booked by another party. Cancellations made within 48 hrs. of arrival are considered "NO Shows" and charged 100%.
• Reservations guaranteed by credit card only.
• No pets allowed, no exceptions.
• 2 nights minimum reservation; 3 nights minimum holiday wks./weekends.

When you arrive at your cabin you'll find a pair of Mountain Bikes ready for an evening ride, provided FREE with your stay. Canoes are provided as well; one will be waiting at the river bank for whenever you're in the mood for a leisure float or an hour or two of fishing.
